Founded in 2018, Express Staffing Consultants was birthed based on a desire to provide exceptional service and top-quality recruitment without the high fees.

Proudly based in Melbourne, our agility and flexibility enable our team to provide solutions nationally.

Working on large volume, multi-national accounts across to small-to-medium businesses, her success lies in her passion for team and client success.

Delain Gunewardena

With 13 years’ experience in recruitment & human resources solutions, Delain has worked across international markets covering Australia & China. His roles have covered operational excellence, sales leadership, strategy development and consulting, driving top line sales growth and positive culture in challenging environments.
